議論が見える北海道へ
政権交代が起こり、地方分権は今後も加速していきます。
国による義務づけ・枠付けが廃止されれば、自治体が自らルールを整える必要が
あります。常に市民目線で、北海道にふさわしいルールをみなさんとともに考えます。
そのためには、これまで通り駅頭での報告レポートの配布と議会報告会を継続し、
みなさんとの対話を大切にします。
恵庭市議会でもこれまで4回の報告会を超党派で行ってきました。
市議会と道議会が協力をして報告会を実施することは、市政と道政の連携を
図っていく上でも重要です。
