総務文教常任委員会
一般質問、決算審査の個別質疑が終わり、
今週は常任委員会が開催されています。
私は一般質問に続いて、決算審査でも総括質疑を行うことになりました。
本日の総務文教常任委員会では、
リニューアルした総合体育館の現地視察を行い、継続審査となって
いた、陳情の取扱い、不祥事防止対策の意見書とそれに基づく市の素案などが
議論されました。
陳情案については、
賛成：林嘉男委員
反対：長谷委員、恵本委員、鷹羽委員、笹松委員、野沢委員、榎本委員で、
賛成少数のため、不採択とすべきものという結論になりました。
